Our pools will welcome you for an intense relaxation experience. Inside the facility you will find two pools, one with hydromassage and water at a constant temperature of about 32° and a larger pool, 140 cm deep with a temperature of 34°.

Hydromassages and therapeutic waterfalls
In our larger indoor pool you can discover the benefits of a chaise longue with full-body hydromassage, two waterfalls with therapeutic effects thanks to the different jets for the back, and a rehabilitation path with lymphatic drainage massage and counter-current walking. In the indoor pool you can also enjoy our whirlpool that will pamper you in the warm thermal waters of the Dolomites.
The Thermal Grotto
Enjoy a unique place: our thermal grotto is a warm, humid environment with a waterfall and small cascades that enhance the regenerating action of thermal water. Move from one jet to another, let the water vigorously massage your shoulder and neck muscles. A path designed for the cervical area and relaxation of the upper back. The thermal water, rich in sulfates, is particularly suitable for treating impure skin that needs cleansing and detoxifying.
The Restorative Sauna
It’s an unmissable appointment at the end of a day in the mountains: the sauna. A restorative moment, a tradition, a detox and relaxing space. Regenerate body and mind with our sauna and discover the enhanced effect of Alloch water: a thermal shower before the heat bath will purify your skin and eliminate accumulated toxins.
